Shipping Policy

WRONG ADDRESS

Shipments will be sent to the address entered on the web app during checkout. FPV Grind cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. We can only modify a wrong address if customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped. We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped, as the address information you enter is used as part of the fraud checks and fraud prevention. The shipping address you enter on our web page takes precedence over addresses listed in the order comments or any other form of communication. Please make sure your addresses are valid and accurate and the delivery personnel have no issue delivering your order. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, those fees may be passed on to the customer. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment. FPV Grind reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. We also reserve the right to hold back the package if we sense any fradulent activity until the customer confirms it after validating authenticity.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

There is no signature requirements to receive packages from FPV Grind on orders.Only in certain cases and in the sole discretion of FPV Grind will a signature be required.

INTERNATIONAL, CUSTOMS, DUTIES

Currently, We are focussing on domestic shipments within India only. International shipments aren't currently supported. But we are working towards serving our international users as well once we streamline our supply chain process. Please stay tuned.

Bad Neighbourhood

If you live in a bad neighbourhood where theft is common and parcel hijacking is frequent, please use an alternative address where the deliveres are secure. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipments go missing/stolen once the delivery is complete by the courier company. The safety of the package once delivered your responsibility
